Mark Brackstone – Managing Director
Originally a bricklayer by trade, with 27 years experience in the building industry. Responsible for the overall management of the company.

Mike Mortimer – Contracts Director
Mike is responsible for all on-going contracts and will usually be personally supervising the largest project. He is a bricklayer by trade with a comprehensive knowledge of most aspects of the trade. Mike has been with Brackstones for 18 years and has over 30 years experience in the building industry.

Paul Blower – Small Works Manager
Paul has a military background and on leaving the army, some 10 years ago, joined Brackstones as an operative whom we trained. Paul's ability to learn quickly coupled with his personal skills made him the ideal candidate to build and head our small works team. During the last 3 years the small works division has flourished under Paul's control.

Beverley Mundy – Office Manager/Secretary/ PA to MD
Bev is a very cheerful, capable member of the team and has been with Brackstones for 7 years. She has excellent organisational skills, is the first point of contact for most customers, and will always try to help if she can.

Nick Keefe - Senior Carpenter/Foreman
Nick has been a valued member of staff for almost 20 years. He is a quiet but very capable member of the team. Although Nick is a very experienced carpenter and prefers to run the carpentry aspect of a job, he has on many occasions successful managed whole projects with values of up to £150,000.00.

David West – General Operative
Dave has worked for the company on and off for almost 20 years. He is a capable operative with a lot of experience. Dave is a willing worker with a dry sense of humour.

Barry Wayman – General Operative
Barry is an experienced operative who has been with the company for 3 years. Barry is pleasant and always willing to help.

Graham Crutchley - Bricklayer/Foreman
Known affectionately to everyone as 'Fred', he has over 40 years experience in the trade and is a very capable member of the team. Graham has a bricklaying background but is very versatile. Graham is easy going with a good sense of humour.

David Bennett – Bricklayer
David served a 3 year apprentice and has recently qualified as a bricklayer. David is a conscientious and helpful team member.

Gerald Harden - Carpenter
Carpenter Gerald is a quiet but incredibly experienced guy who is a conscientious worker and consistently turns out a very high quality job.

Shane Neale - Trainee Bricklayer
Shane is in the latter stages of his training as a bricklayer. He has a good sense humour and is always smiling. Shane has a very bright future ahead of him.

Ken Giddings- General Operative
Ken can turn his hand to most tasks and goes out of his way to help others be it staff members, customers or just a member of the public. Ken carries a wide range of skills and is a very experienced operative.

Marc Bond- Carpenter/All rounder
Marc trained with our company and left to gain a more varied experience elsewhere. Marc returned to our employ a year ago and is a helpful and capable operative.

Paul Swift - Bricklayer/Plasterer
Paul is unique in that he has served two apprenticeships in two trades. He is also articulate and has taught at a local college. Paul is experienced and always goes above and beyond for the customer.

Colin Davis - Charge hand
Colin is a very experienced bricklayer having worked on all types of projects from renovation to large housing. He is renowned for his speed and is a credit to his profession.

Ricky King - Plaster/All rounder
The newest member of the team, Ricky specialises in various aspect of plastering. Ricky is a pleasant member of staff well liked by his workmates and our customers.

Alistair Bramwell - Subcontractor
Alastair runs his own team and turns out a first class job. Always under pressure, but tries his best to keep all of the balls in the air.
