Brackstone's forte lies in the construction of major extensions and alterations to your home. These are carried out using a variety of materials to blend the new works into your existing property.
We have a wide experience in works to Listed Buildings, which are carried out using traditional methods and materials. We are equally capable of extending a fairly modern property in such a way that it is difficult to differentiate between the existing and the new.
We do not get involved in new, speculative housing although we would be delighted to quote for a one-off luxury property.
Internal alterations are often carried out which entail removal of walls, formation of openings and other substantial structural work. These works are often carried out in conjunction with a structural engineer. We have considerable experience in all of these areas.
Project values on our major works typically range from £15,000.00 to £250,000.00
